Executive Secretaries attending the training on good governance
Executive secretaries from 14 sectors comprising Gatsibo district trained in good governance in Marriott Motel in Gatsibo District, a training that was prepared by The Rwandese Association of Local Government Authorities RALGA to promote and build their leadership capacity on 25th.Sept.2012.
Naomi Mukagasana the good governance officer in Gatsibo district said that these executive secretaries were trained about values of good governance and good service delivery.
Peace Mutesi Karamaga the executive secretary of Rwikiniro cell in Rwimbogo cell said that they are ready to put into practice what they learnt from this training especially delivering good services to the people they lead.
